Man arrested for using others ATM card

5 Jan, Kavre: A man has been arrested by police on the charge of using an ATM card of another person to draw out money. Basant Bahadur Thapa of Tanahu was arrested from Dhulikhel. He has confessed to drawing out money in the name of Anil Duwal, according to SP at District Police Office Dhulikhel Sakul Thapa. He has accepted of drawing out Rs. 1.2 million. Further investigation in underway. Thapa was arrested in possession of Rs. 30,000 in cash, two passports, and six telephone sim cards.
